What is your maximum machining size?
Our CNC milling department can machine parts up to 50.0″ x 20.0″ x 20.0″ xyz. Our CNC lathes can machine parts up to 13.0″ in diameter x 36.0″ long.
Does Alziebler support Long-Term Purchasing Agreements and Just-In-Time delivery requirements?
Yes, we are experienced with JIT shipments in conjunction with our inventory services for long-term agreements. Contact us to learn more about our contract and delivery options.
Can Alziebler hold close tolerances?
Yes. We can machine materials from aluminum to titanium to plastic while maintaining tolerances as close as .0001”.
Can you machine complex parts?
Yes. Alziebler has the precision equipment and manufacturing knowledge to machine complex parts from a wide range of materials for a variety of commercial and aerospace applications.
Does Alziebler offer outside processing services?
Yes. We work with a wide variety of customer-approved outside processors to provide: heat treating, welding, brazing, plating, painting, testing, cleaning, and more.
Do you have CAD/CAM capabilities?
Yes, we use Mastercam® X8 and CATIA V5 for digital dataset processing.

What is Your Preferred Digital Format?
We prefer the IGES and Parasolid formats, although we can process files in most standard digital formats.
